Wise Owl Trust recognise that for individuals to grow, they must have access to the very best training and expertise. It is for this very reason that we dedicate a substantial amount of our budget each year to the professional development of all staff irrespective of their role or the position of their personalised journey.

We have developed a cross-cutting team of experts to work with others; grounded in the most up to date research, whilst allowing others a chance to find their interest and flourish.

A bespoke coaching package has been developed as a key tool to support our staff. It is this open-culture of continued improvement that enables regular drop-in sessions and support in small steps to ensure the delivery of high-quality classroom pedagogy. We have also invested in dedicated CPD leads across the Trust to be a support for all staff.
