We have therefore created collaborative networks across our family, led by experts in their field. This programme of CPD ensures that all of our staff (not just teachers) remain up to date and at the forefront of our fantastic education practice.

Our school improvement offer focusses on swift yet sustained improvement, by laying firm foundations upon which to build. We also recognise that school improvement is not one-size fits all and needs to be tailors to our schools’ individual context and communities. It is for this very reason that we support the formation of structures and systems to ensure ongoing improvement.
