PEOPLE & CULTURE
Key enablers
Our culture is the key to our success through focusing on collaboration to share good practice, to support and to challenge.
Each of our sibling schools work together to form a family of support for one another. The distinctiveness of each school is of the utmost importance to us. It is this that has allowed us to live out our Trust Values of Respect, Ambition and Equity.
We know that investing in the personal and professional development of our staff ensures they can deliver the very best learning opportunities for our children.
Our Central Team play a pivotal role in ensuring that all school staff have access to peer networks, professional programmes, as well as coaching and mentoring support throughout their career.
At the heart of our commitment are our 6 T’s, shown below.
