Key enablers

We are passionate about ensuring the highest quality education for our pupils and developing the whole child to give them the skills to succeed.

Supporting and enabling our schools to manage their budgets with rigour and confidence is the core focus of the Finance Team. This is achieved through a supportive partnership between the school and the central Finance Team. Each school has a dedicated Partner who will work with you on your strategic and operational plans.

Our Finance Team are experts in their field and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to helps schools plan a financial strategy that is aligned to your school aims and priorities.

Half termly School Leaders meet with the Central Team to have a school effectiveness meeting to enable school leaders to have a clear oversight of their financial and operational position, thereby helping them to plan for the future with rigour.

The Central Team also have an Operations function that ensures schools are kept running every day; IT, Estates, Health & Safety, Human Resources, GDPR, Communications and Marketing.

This dedicated team remove the stress and burden from the desk of the Head Teacher by guiding them through the legal process and providing key statutory documents.
